Please bring or send your prescription request to the surgery and allow 48 hours (two working days) processing time.
Repeat prescriptions can be requested on line. Please come to the Practice to obtain a form to register or download the NHS app.
Prescriptions can also be sent to your regular or nominated Pharmacy for you to collect. Please enquire with the Pharmacy direct.
If you enclose an S.A.E. your prescription will be sent to you, otherwise you may collect it during opening times. Please use the tear-off reordering form that comes with your prescription.
You may be asked to make an appointment to see a doctor if a review is necessary.
