Appointments with a Practice Nurse

Please telephone 020 8642 1721. They deal with blood pressure checks, diabetic and asthma monitoring, dressings, ear syringing, ‘flu vaccinations, immunisations, tetanus boosters and travel injections. 

We now have extra nurse clinic appointments available on a Thursday morning from 07:30 to 08:30 and on a Thursday evening between 18:30 - 19:30 these are preferably for patients unable to attend during normal surgery hours.

Extended Access

Local GP and nurse appointments are now available 08:00 – 20:00 every weekend for your convenience at two sites within Sutton.

To make an appointment please call 07578 813838 or 07479 819677. This number is only operational on Saturdays and Sundays between 08:00 – 20:00. Further information is also available from our reception team during normal opening hours.

Home Visits

If you are too ill to get to the surgery and you need a home visit, please telephone 020 8642 1721 before 10.30am where possible.

A doctor or nurse may phone you back as it may be that your problem can be dealt with by telephone advice, or indeed arrange a hospital attendance.

House visits are only available for patients who are housebound because of illness or disability

Chaperone

If you require a Chaperone during your consultation please either ask a member of the reception team or the doctor or nurse.

Interpreter

If you require an interpreter to attend with you when you see your Doctor please notify the receptionist and she will arrange this for you.

Text Reminder Service

We have a texting service which allows you to receive confirmation and reminders about your appointments.

To have this service you will need to register by completing a consent form.
